Dang I agree with Elliot on something. The dems are by no means certain to take either house or both, but have a reasonable chance to do so. And if you look at current polling the repubs have a lot more tossups or merely leaning their way than the dems do in both houses, and despite having to defend fewer seats in the senate. I would def up the stakes with this bet.
