Re: over/under on november elections
Historically, the opposing party to the a lame-duck President in his second term gains seats. Seeing how Bush's approval ratings are still low, you can expect the Democrats to do decently well. I would not bet on them taking either the House or the Senate away from the Republicans, but they will definitely gain seats in both chambers.
