A friend of mine created a short online puzzle similar to notpr0n and the other riddle games. I'm stuck on level 20 of 25, and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what to try or look for on this current level. The level I am stuck on is

I didn't know if something was hidden inside the image by using steganography or something, or if the picture just needed to be altered in Photoshop to make something stand out. In the source code, it has the comment "(Things aren't always what they seem)^2." My friend has told me that this level is not really a dead end, and that is a real level, but I have run out of ideas. I was wondering if anyone else had some ideas to try?
For those of you that don't know, the objective is to use the clues given such as the title, the image, the file name of the image, and and the source code of the html. After you find the clue or answer, you change the filename at the end of the url to answer.htm . Thanks.
