Welcome to the forums! I'm in a similar situation to you and have learned a great deal here.
Minor point, but from UTG I make it 80-100 to go preflop at Level 1 in a $11, helps to thin the field a little more. Otherwise I agree with bengiec, bet a bit more on all streets.
