Sorry to say but this is still a request for piracy of the WSOP final table. The PPV contract is between the end viewer (whoever purchases the event) and their own cable provider. The event is for personal viewing and recordings cannot be sold or transferred.
Your reasoning seems sound but you're still asking someone to break the law.
