Seriously though, I do disagree about one thing: the amount of your contribution. Don't limit it to 2bb or 2x your hourly rate if you can afford to contribute more.
Think about how important online poker is to you and contribute as much as you can afford to contribute. If 2bb is all you can afford, then contribute that, but if you can afford to contribute more, then by all means do so.
