Hand 1 looks fine. I like the flop raise even though it doesn't protect you against much simply because the pot is getting very large and the raise gives you a better chance to win it. It is possible to induce an opponent into making a mistake by folding.

Hand 2 I'm checkraising the flop almost every time. I am not wild about the turn check-raise, I see it is for value assuming that you get called in every spot, that no one has the suited Ad hand and that you won't chop or lose if you do hit your str8. Given these possibilities I probably just call the turn.

Hand 3, if I thought MP1 was the type to bet-3bet the flush/str8 draw on the flop, which is pretty common, I'd pop the turn on him, other than that I might play it the same. Capping the flop is fine too. Hand is interesting because I think you have a couple of options on almost every street.
