I don't know if this is the best move, but I prolly go broke here. If you call you will have put $16 of youu $25 stack on the pot. If that is the route you take you might as well get it all in now or vow to push any river. That being said, this does look a lot like the line of someone who hit a set or two pair so I wouldn't say that folding is a bad move.
