My point was more that if you're going by the "raise size = hand size" theory, you're probably behind most of his range. He sounds like the typical 4/180 donk who min-raises with QTo and makes a more solid raise with KK. You're facing a more solid raise, so calling off 25% of your chips without a solid read that he's going to fold to your push isn't the best plan.

You're almost certainly behind his overall range here, and against people like this, you have very little folding equity. I'd wait for a better spot.
