If you're going to call here preflop for almost 1/4 of your stack, you need to have a plan postflop. I'd probably just fold preflop (too weak tight?) given that I don't have anywhere close to the implied odds I need to hit my set. You're not short-stacked enough yet to really need to push, and calling off 1/4 of your stack when you're 8 to 1 against hitting a set isn't great, unless you want to run a stop n go on a ragged flop (like this one).

Also, if your read is that he's raising size = his hand size, aren't you worried about his 4x bb raise from utg?
