While human beings are 'social beings' to some degree, and hence quality social relationships are important, the fact that the percentage of the population that is white is not increasing is not a problem.

The percentage of those people who have produced the world's most advanced societies is not increasing. The percentage of those people who have produced the world's least advanced societies is. Don't become too hypnotized by the statistical correlations between that success and skin color. But neither should you insist that the state of various nations is not primarily the result of the abilities and proclivities of those who comprise it.
"IQ and the Wealth of Nations" is an eye opener. I recommend reading it.
