Yeah, I mean, the kid's good. I know the Mariners have 9 CF's in Tacoma, but that doesn't excuse trading one of them for Broussard, however "good" he looks this year.

If the M's were smart, they'd play Snelling in left, DH Ibanez and would trade Choo for something more useful. However, given that the M's are not going to do that, the Broussard deal works for them, given the limitations they've placed upon themselves by being dumb. So as an M's fan, I'm basically happy we're like 10% less retarded than we were at the start of the day. (I'm also not wild about Choo).
