Raise the flop to about 20. MP is saying that he's in to the idea of putting chips in this pot, so let him do so while he's a dog. Also if he's on a draw & calls he'll be getting about 15:35 implied, which would be a bad call -- and that's what we want!
Edit: I just looked at stacks again. Push the flop. Dont make any other raise.
