No, it's very easy to get jobs if you graduate from any halfway decent law school, especially if you do well in your class. Many friends of mine who graduated at the top of their class from schools like BC or Tulane (decent but not great ranking) have found super jobs at top regional law firms, and some at bigger nationwide firms as well.
Going to a top-ranked law school definitely has advantages, but there's no comparison between going to a top law school versus a decent one and going to a top business school versus a decent one.
As for your comment: "Is this going to be another 'OMG, if you don't go to a top 5 law school you'll never get a job' thread? " - could you point me to a thread about this? I don't recall one ever taking place.
