Well, its not quite that simple.
True, you dont have to spend a lot of money to be a good affiliate. It certainly does help though. It is very competitive, so you have to find good places to advertise, or build a unique website that generates lots of traffic.
You will have to spend some money though, or just recruit all your friends and be happy with that.
