On PokerStove, Q5o is the closest I can find to "totally even" against a random hand. Q4s is about a 51% fave and Q4o is about a 49% dog. Q5o is 50.12 to 49.88....though in different situations, different hands can come really, really close. Q7 is definitely a very slight favorite, though.
