There is a reprehensible and idiotic (and thankfully small) subset of the gay population comprised of men who are actively trying to infect others or become infected themselves with HIV.
There was a thread in OOT a while ago where they discovered a message board for these retards, so now use of the phrase "pozzing", meaning "to infect someone with HIV", has spread throughout 2+2 like a -- well, like a virus.
