Hand #1 I like it and would play the same.
Hand #2 I would raise to a lot.. like maybe 1100 to go or something. He's going to have a hard time putting you on a hand and will probably think its a bluff.
Hand #3 I call like you on flop. I dont like a raise because it looks obvious you have a Q beat then and we know he doesnt have an overpair (and prolly not even that good of a kicker on his Q). I would bet less on the turn. Half the pot maybe. A pot sized bet prices out all the draws which is not what you want here.. I like the idea of representing the possible float here.
