hand 1: Looks fine to me. I don't mind the turn check since he either has overs or overpair whereby he'll check the former to catch up and bet the latter to protect. River is good since AK/AQ won't usually bluff at it when you check. Tens/A9 may make a crying call and you will get called almost always by AJ/QQ+.

3. I don't like full pot vs a solid player here. That K is a scare card making the straight. Bet less like $350.
