Go to your bank, and have them wire the money as per the instructions on the WSOP website. They'll know what to do, and it will probably cost you $20 or so in fees from your bank...
FWIW, I registered in person at the Rio for Event #2 last Friday (at the main cage), and just got an email confirmation today...so it might take up to a week to get your confirmation...
