Show one, show all?
So, I was donking up the local 3-6 game the other night, in one of two casinos I play in. Three of the dealers who deal in the other casino I play in were playing in the game, and the following happened.
I open-raised with A-Q, and got called by a guy in the cutoff. The player in the button was one of the dealers in the other casino I play in, who knows me pretty well. Flop was 7-9-x, I bet, cutoff raises, I call. Turn was a six, I check, cutoff bets, I fold. Cutoff shows his cards to the button, and noone else.
I ask the button what he showed, and he said he showed 8-10 for the straight, at which point the caller got pretty pissed, and the button apologized.
Was I out of line to ask here? And should I have just asked the dealer to invoke the show one, show all rule?
