1. Raise all 3.
2. Limp all 3.
3. a) Raise with the 99, fold the others. b) Ditto.
4. Raise 99 and 66, fold the 33
5. Raise 99, fold the other two.
6. Raise or fold depending on my read of that player.
7. Raise the 99, limp the 66 on a passive table, fold the 66 on an aggro table and the 33 always.
8a. Call the raise, then c/r any flop that doesn't have too much broadway in it.
8b. Raise and attack the BB.
