I always thought that the description of the areas in L.A. were a little exxaggerated as well, but figured it was just because I'm used to being in these areas, so I don't feel particularly threatened.
With that said, Hustler isn't far from Compton, and HP is in a bad part of Inglewood. I work in Commerce/Bell Gardens, and besides the big 18 wheelers everywhere(Commerce mainly), it's a nice area.
I keep hearing about people being robbed and stabbed at HP, but it is the LAGiest place I've been to(small sample though). I guess they're a different kind of aggressive player, they like to get aggressive in the parking lot as well lol
