The raise isn't for a freecard, it's for value. At worst you are up against a flopped flush and have 7 outs to the nuts.
Otherwise you have 9+ outs, probably closer to 13.

I think hands like A5/A3/A2 will call 2 on the flop, but will fold to a bet with a 4 flush on the turn. Maybe soemthing like 66-88 as well.
I think you get extra bets out of single heart hands that are drawing as well.
