I think you meant 'calling' the flop above (in response to 45's 'why are you not raising the flop').
The problem is you turn a heart and all your action dries up. Nobody is going nuts on a 4 flush board without a flush, and if you get 3bet you still have outs to the nuts.
You've got a boatload of outs and huge implied odds against single heart hands (which will always call here), call the turn, and fold the river UI.
Taking the pot down on the flop isn't a bad result either as anyone who folds here isn't going to be putting in many bets when you improve anyway.
