Well, it's v. unlikely that villian has exactly 86 here given the read and how the hand played out. And yes he has a 6 here alot, but we're basicly guarranteed a split pot here.
Villian could have deciced to take a stand and have 2 pairs / set / overpair and is now worried that hero will check behind w/ a one pair hand because the board got scary. Now if hero raises all-in he could talk himself into calling b/c hearts missed or he can beat AA/KK and thinks that's what hero has. Stranger things have happened.
