Anyone: to follow up on my attempt to understand the significance of this in its entirety of scalping...

using example above--

in simplest way:

nyy $138 to win $100 at pinny
tex $100 to win $145 at bos

if nyy wins, +$0
if tex wins, +$7

So since a person is scalping this line at 2 books (as it's even more rare to see it at same book, naturally, unless line changes near game time towards favs, often)... the goal is basically to bet as much as you can at both sites.. like

nyy $690 to win $500
tex $500 to win $725

if nyy wins, +$0
if tex wins, +$35???

NOTE: I understand this example is better for someone who wants to bet the Rangers tonight.

In short, a $35 free profit at end of day at combined books?
