1. Hero should probably not raise the flop with AJ here. Villain's bet on a scary board into an early position open-raiser will be one looking to three-bet relatively often. It might be some kind of "find at where I'm at and fold to further aggression" but probably not, as hero likely hit that board and villain doesn't seem to care.
2. It doesn't really matter what op/Villain has here, since he doesn't have enough chips. Don't leave yourself so short on chips. As it stands, it's not easy to put you on anything without big street action. KQs seems like a reasonable hand. If it's something like KJs or JTs, you are probably overplaying your hand.
