I don't agree because you got villian and hero's position reversed. But I think I advocate the complementary line: calling villian's flop and turn leads. I don't advocate raising the turn because villian often has two pair here. If I raise the turn while ahead, villian calls and check calls or check folds the river; if I'm behind, I get raised and lose more chips. If I call the turn villian bet(-calls) with a wider range, and I can raise if I hit.
THis means that on the turn I am putting villian on, in rough order:
1) KQ, AK, AQ, JT
2) 55, KJ, QJ, K5, Kx
3) AA, QQ, KK, crap
