Ugh...
9/10 of these posts are the "trendy" Simpsons quotes or throwaway one-liners... Congratulations, you guys are the N*SYNC of Simpsons quotes.
My favorite Simpsons line is from the episode where the Shelbyville band wins the band contest playing "Stars and Stripes Forver", which Lisa rejected as being "beginner band, and we're advanced beginner band," because they cheat and use glow sticks at the end of the song.
Lisa is pissed, and Marge tries to calm her down:
Marge: "Let's forget about the band contest and just have fun at the state fair."
Lisa: "You mean state UN-fair"
Marge (sarcasticly): "Yeah, right, that's what I meant, Lisa, state un-fair."
Bart: "...Zing!"
And the "Max Power" song [censored] rules.
