Too true. This is not a standard line by any means. Remember, also, that a LRR completely gives away your hand (unless you're engaging in some kind of mind-boggling Shania JTs L-RR), so if you're going to do it, you must reraise to an amount that ensures that, should you somehow see a flop, you can open-push it no matter what comes and be correct to do so.

As for kings... see queens advice above, seriously. I'm not sure I have a L-RR hand anywhere in my 100,000+ pokertracker database that wasn't aces or kings. If you've got two kings, it's overwhelmingly more likely that the L-RRer has AA.
