The OP is apparently trying to point out that the person who took the snapshot, loorent, had received that exact AA hand the hand before at his previous table in that exact same spot. Either a ghosting effect of previous hand as mentioned in some other buggy poker software threads or a fixed-up jpg....
I forgot my French from college but I may try to read that French forum later, lol...
