Drunk & Dumb

I took my mother, daughter, and granddaughter out for mothers day. Had a few too many margarittas. They dropped me off at home to go to a flower show. I had a few beers and decided to play an...

Suggestion for those planning to buy a 2+2 book

Take the quizz at the end before you read the book. Calculate the gained EV from what you learned.

Re: Playing while drunk

Hi Dave,

Re: there are racial and ethnic differences in IQ

That is correct. It reminds me of a couple more things I really like about the bell curve. The apendix gives a better overview of statistical terms than any I have read. I teach organic Chemistry...

Re: there are racial and ethnic differences in IQ

Re: Favorite Philosopher

Ayn Rand. She changed my life in many ways. If I had to pin point the most important though it would be from believing in Democracy as leading to an ideal utopia to Objectivity. A rather huge...

Re: Lee Jones Flawed Thinking

Question on point #2. My game theory understanding is a bit weak. Where game theory is based on a linear progression of prize money as in say a ring game. Would that mean where Tourneyments pay...

Re: Multi-tabling, Rule of Seven/Multi-tasking

Multi tabling is not for everyone. Some people (me) can only do one thing well at a time or two things badly. This is not a bad thing though. By focusing on one thing at a time you will probably...

Oddly enough I was out walking my dogs just now and was thinking about something similar. I was thinking of two groups of people one with an IQ 2 sigma above the mean (130) and another group 2 sigma...
