Just call up your contacts. Tell them you're looking for an internship, and ask them if they have any advice. They will know what you mean. People like to help.

It will depend on the business. If it has hard assets or equipment that can be used for collateral, that will be easier to finance than a business that does not. Businesses with higher cash flow...

Most likely a draw, possibly a weak combo draw. You won't push him off it, but you could call the flop and reevaluate on the turn. Probably just fold, though.
