Re: Typical spot and a quiz

[ QUOTE ]
there's ~$1400 in the pot after we call... assuming he has two overcards, he has 27% equity... which is nearly $400 in equity. So if we KNOW that's what he has and both players play...

Re: quick poll, if you would be so kind.

To all the AQ-folders: yeah RIO, -EV in vacuum, hard to play, oop etc. etc. This is not the point. Take another, more abstract point of view from which you can see meta-game, ranges, and how ranges...

Coldcalling when you are UTG+1

Preflop question. NL400 6max. UTG raises. You are UTG+1. How do you play your hands? I'm sure you 3-bet some of your hands; I'm sure you fold a lot of your hands. But do you ever cold-call and if...

Re: 3/6 hand flopped top2 oop 160BB pot - standard?

Re: What are you thoughts on this hand?

[ QUOTE ]
True. Is there anyway I can avoid going bust on this hand? Would it have been better to raise the flop and c/f to a turn bet?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you are pot committed and you are...

Re: AQ Completely Lost

grunch

BB's flop-call is weird bc he's so shortstacked. If he has a set or draw, he probably just shoves after your flop raise and the call.

UTG+1's call means a straight-draw (78), 2 pair...
