Thanks for the response, Jay. The randomising point is well taken. I suppose the percentage of raising where you would otherwise have called depends on the opponent.

I agree about leading - at this stage of the game, there's no call for a c/r all-in "f***-off" line, and a normal c/r doesn't get a fold often enough given that there aren't many turn cards you like....
