Bad players almost always have the hand they are representing. Probably has two diamonds with a gut shot or some pair on the flop. Against a good player you likely can three bet for value but...

Preflop I can go either way depending on the players, but one advantage of three betting is you get more info on the raisers...

Use a simple count like KO or hi lo. Level two counts are not necessary unless you play the vast majority of you time in good single and double deck games and there are precious few of those around....

I think it's a fold but it's close given the lineup. You play better post flop than the line up and will be able to extract max.
