As played i think the float is ok here. If he is very straight forawrd with those stats that flop is unlikely to hit his range too often. Plus it is likely to hit your cold calling...

I'd say this player isn't a solid tag with the line he has taken in this hand.
With big pairs you need to be reraising...

I would raise the flop because you have an OESD plus middle pair so against all 1 pair hands you have max 13 outs + fold equity so raising and calling a shove is ok.
