Re: [50NL] 96s, combo draw vs over bet on turn by LAG

If you are calling preflop with 9h6h what sort of flop are you hoping to hit. You cant just call this flop when you hit a pair and a FD. If you arent willing to commit to this flop then fold preflop

Re: JJ CRAI turn line

The check raise all in on the turn seems horrible to me, if you are determined to get your money in at least push the turn so a club is making a mistake calling

Re: 50NL: I almost always fold my overpair to this turn heat

I dont know if I would be folding this, surely he would be raising any set on the flop, and he would reraise KK preflop
so what are you behind here?

Re: WA/WB with AK

Without a specific read about that wierd $5 bet I am raising that flop ever time. I would shove river.

If got to see villains cards I would be making a note about what he was playing like this

Re: Good spot for thin value betting? NL25

I dont know about this, an ace isnt folding, there are now two overs to a smaller pair and the small bet looks so weak you are begging to be raised off the pot.

I might be missing value, bur...

Re: NL6 - About hand reading and calling shove

Yikes, well you got it all in by the end I suppose, which should be your aim on the flop. Looks like you slowplayed yourself into trouble though

Re: NL50 - JJ vs bluffy villain

If he is paying any attention to the two previous hand he probably has you pegged as a calling station, so if you think he has a clue fold.
If you have him as a complete spewmonkey call him down

Re: KK on a basic, but also bizarre spot

He has definitely got you beat,he is pushing because he has seen 2 diamonds and is worried about seeing a third.
Villain isnt thinking about extracting value here he just wants to win the pot
