Re: KK - UTG IN LIVE .25 /.50

This is always a shove because if we bet less we are committed and check/fold or check/call is never an option on this wet board. Tons of draws out there, that all didn't hit on the turn.

Re: TPTK 3 bet pot ~200 bb deep

No one 4bets this preflop when we are so deep? Postflop we are most likely only getting action if we are beat if we hit an A or K.

Re: 25 or 50NL - Couple of useful strategy questions/discussions

[ QUOTE ]
However, sometimes you run into a really loose aggro table with a lot of limping, calling raises out of position, and not folding to 1,2 or 3 barrels with any piece of the board. What are...

Re: 50nl AQo

Preflop is rather ugly. You are vs an UTG raiser and a caller from LP. You personally are in the worst position ever. So preflop I either raise to $6 or fold, depending on stats of villains.

On...

Re: 50nl KK facing all in pf

Calls and no he doesn't always have AA here, otherwise you couldn't call /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Re: 50NL: Lost against a shortie

Shove --> FE + You stay ahead vs range, as shorty can easily have A3, 78, JQ or just A high.

Maybe just call preflop. As shorty is prob gonna stack of any flop he hits, and if you don't hit you...

Re: should I fold this KK preflop 100bb

With this lines it is impossible to put any of the villains on AA, although SB's line is pretty strong. But as range prob is QQ+/AK+ i would never fold here and my money goes in.

Re: [50NL] AKs, river decision with TPTK against TAG

As played, i would definitly call the river, seeing villains AF is 8, I guess his river AF is off the scale and he just loves to shove those scarecards. As you are getting 4:1, and you only need to...

Re: 2 pair flush on board 25NL

Villain donkbets weak. I raise flop here, cause this is almost every time a draw of some sort. Turnbet is good, as you improved.

River is a clear fold. All draws that villain could've been holding...

Re: 50nl 99 against passive

Easy fold. You say yourself that he is passive. A passive guy that check raises is often VERY strong. I think he has AA/KK here. And furthermore, what are you beating in his range? Only 66/77/88...

Re: one of the weirdest hands i\'ve played in a while

Raise preflop is fine I guess, but vs an unknown UTG raiser I'd be wairy, but as he flatcalles against 2 earlier flatcallers OOP, i guess he is not holding a monster. The one most likely to hold a...

Re: $50NL- Best way to extract value when I hit a set on flop?

Lead flop for 2/3d or 3/4d of the pot. You will prob get raised a lot if you do that. And I don't think board is pretty drawy vs range villain has. (Rainbow board and stuff).

As played I would...

Re: AA w/ resistance on reasonably dry flop

Will better hands fold when we 3bet here? As the only better hands possible are sets ---> No.

Is there value in a raise/will worse hands call: Probably also no, cause you show so much strength....

Re: AQs, raising nut flush draw, facing all-in reraise on the turn...

Check turn behind. Villain is folding 0% of his range, maybe only worse flushdraws, which you definitly want staying in the hand.
