Again, I'm looking for non-poker info here, though - strip clubs, etc.

Re: When was that last time you saw a \"Rock\" at your table?

Actually, a few can be found in Omaha/8 daytime games. Just look for the guy reading a library book.

Re: Planet Poker just threw in the towel

I've just logged in out of curiosity and the site can't be pulling in much rake. No Stud, Omaha, Draw, or Badugi going, no Limit HE either. The only NL games are 6 player games, a $25, a $5, and two...

Re: Treasure Island (MN) $2-$60 Game

I get the rooms confused, but I believe that Treasure Island and Hinckley spread 5/60 Hold Em. Mille Lacs definitely spreads 2/60, at least that was one their interest list last Saturday afternoon.

Re: SSO8 in Vegas

Palace Station and the Orleans; you can play cards with the local pensioners.

I doubt you'll find anything downtown. Binions used to have Omaha high only, but that may have dried up.

Re: Casino w/ the Nastiest Poker Chips?

Excalibar, the Plaza, El Cortez, Sam's Town; they are all nasty. How about the tournament chips at Luxor?

When leaving any card room I always stop at the john for a good dose of soap and hot water.

Re: W2G versus 1099 MISC?
