Re: ($27) AT turns a straight, opp shoves on river

Good river bet, you need to get value from jacks/queens/2 pair. I'd probably fold to anything besides a minraise. People are not turning made hands into bluffs here and the only draw got there.

Re: $114 TT L1

I like the turn bet and size(maybe a little bigger). After the flop call it is very likely you are ahead. The king is basically a blank unless he somehow peeled the flop with AK or called preflop...

Re: NL200$ 6-max, 6,6 semi-deep

Re: Bottom set 200BBs deep facing all in

[ QUOTE ]
Did you really min raise after UTG limped?

Make a real play pf and you will have a better idea where he's at.

Most min-raisers might have a big pair here.
He can obviously beat KK....

Re: Bottom set 200BBs deep facing all in

Yuck sick spot. His line just screams monster. With the board this dry and almost no real 2 pair type hands possible besides maybe 95s I think you can fold.

Re: 25nl:QQ Help me out here..

Flop is fine. Check turn. River is close and opponent dependent. Does he play his draws passively? Does he bluff when he misses his draws? Would he value bet KT?

To those saying check the turn...

Re: ak suited under the gun k high flop line check

[ QUOTE ]
Bet more on flop, 3.5 is good. I was raise turn to about 12, fold to a push.

[/ QUOTE ]

This board is pretty dry but I'd still bet 2.5-3. I don't see any reason to raise the turn....

Re: Confusion with overpairs, again.

I'd probably 3 bet the flop. Bet about 20 on the river as played.

Re: [censored] you, overbetting shortstacker!

[ QUOTE ]
He's not REALLY short at 50BB but I don't give him credit for a hand here. Call and push any turn or push now, sorry you lost to KQ/33. TPTK in a raised pot is enough for me with 50BB...

[ QUOTE ]

If we cant get allin on this flop then we have to fold pre(not that bad of a play). I think its much more likely AA/KK.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think going AI on this flop is ok....

Because I expect him to bet most of the time and check raising gets an extra bet out of a bluff.
