"Dragging the pot" is taking all the chips from the pot and putting them into your stack. It's only nice to do it...

Here's my advice to all you new players. If someone ever drags a pot and them whispers to the dealer to check the deck, call the floorman at once and insist that the dealer not start another hand....

I've been googling, but I can't find what I'm looking for, namely the rakes in Reno and Vegas card rooms for low level NL hold'em. By low level, I mean up to maybe $10BB.
