Since I didn't know his 3bet range, I elected to call his continuation bet, to reevaluate on turn. I thought that if he had 3bet with AJs,AQ,AK he wouldn't take the lead...

Do you have his "win at showdown" stat ? It will help to know if he's able to bet with nothing or a small pair, etc.
But it seems to be an easy fold, even if villain bet all his rivers.

I think you should lead the flop, then pot the turn. Slowplaying a set is ok on a totally uncoordinated flop such as J85, even J45.

The problem with that move is that you loose value from QJ,KJ,AJ,JT.
