[NL 10] AA on paired flush-board

Hey!

<font color="blue">
Villain is like 15/0 after 24 hands.
Do you like the small turn bet, and should I bet on the river?
After the flop, I think he probably has a set or a fd.
The turn...

Re: $25 basic squeeze spot

Why do you want SB to fold? With 100/40 you're far ahead of his range here, so why not play for value?

Re: NL10 - What should I have done?

grunch

With that minraise preflop this is a high pair or AK very often. The only possible flush draw is AK or maybe AQ, which beats you anyway.
So it's generally only a question of: pair of aces...

NL10: JJ vs CO raise

<font color="blue">Villain is quite bad and loose passive, bad not a complete donk, running 33/3 after 30 hands. The table has been very tight passive and I've been winning/stealing more than every...

Re: (NL 10) - KK, 2 Aces on flop

Thanks.

But if I raise, I'm comitted, am I not?
He has about 6$ left, so if I raise to 6$ and he pushes it's only 2$ for me.

Does he have QQ or even worse here often enough to make me wanna...

(NL 10) - KK, 2 Aces on flop

<font color="blue">
No special reads after ~15 hands against villain.

I got no idea what my plan here should be. Should I donk, c/r or c/c even c/f here? I think his range here is AK/QQ in first...

I'm only playing microlimits, but...
Why do you give him so much credit for having an overpair? Couldn't this be AJ/AQ or maybe even some suited connectors (56, 67) just as well?

NL10: 2 Pair getting c/r on river

First orbit on the table, Villain hasn't done anything strange yet.
Flop check was stupid, but river...? Value bet more, or not at all?

Re: NL10: Straight facing shove on paired board

[ QUOTE ]
Why would he insta shove a made boat here?

[/ QUOTE ]

Why would he insta shove a set here more likely?

PS: What's the problem with my little bread friend? :/

NL10: Straight facing shove on paired board

No reads. Turn 3bet should have been larger probably? River? His Shove was in like 0.01 seconds.

Re: NL5: Facing reraise with QQ, undercards on board, turn line?

[ QUOTE ]
I actually hate the whole hand/situation and I don't know how it's played best.

[/ QUOTE ]

Then why not just fold preflop?

Re: NL5: Facing reraise with QQ, undercards on board, turn line?

I don't like your c/c on the flop. It's ok if you got reads on your opponent that he's aggressive and might bet on flop and turn with AK or a weaker pair, but against an unknown I don't like it.

Re: Whats your standard deviation?

SD is just how your winrates deviate from your true winrate (to the positive AND negative). It doesn't tell anything directly about your true winrate itself.

[NL 5]: Flopped Straight + FD

Hey!

First orbit on the table, so no reads. I got no clue how to size my bets here. I didn't bet more on the turn for I didn't expect to get a lot more value with the gut shot on the board.

Re: $10nl - AJ - turn decision ?

Why not call the turn and try to get it in on the river? He's almost never drawing here to more than 2 outs. So if he has a hand, you can get it in on the river just as likely, and if he doesn't,...

Re: NL5 Flopped Set, strange Preflop-Aggressor, push in spite of read?

You're right, UTG really played this as if he was trying to conceal a strong hand. But there are other hands, that he would feel strong with. So many players at NL5 would never ever believe that...

Re: NL10 fold JJ preflop to 3-bet here?

Do you always raise that much preflop?

I think this is so hard do play without any reads, and I might tend to fold preflop. You're up against overpairs slightly more often than against AK, and...

Re: NL10 - AKs vs 3 calling stations

1. You have a very good chance that you are ahead. That's a reason for raising.
2. You're playing against 3 opponents, so chances are high someone is drawing here. That's a strong reason for...

Re: 10:NL is this an obv fold?

I think the river call is ok.

But you definitely MUST bet that turn. There are 2 flush draws and a straight draw, and 2 opponents are still in the pot, and passive. So they could easily be drawing...
