No, I'm not, because that wasn't what you said that I took issue with. You said it's a consensus opinion in Toronto that he's not a very good defender. I think it's safe to say you meant the fans...

Richar had a LD% of 18.2, so...

.120 + .182 = .302

If THT's GB% is a total of GB, FB, and LD (and not just GB/FB)...

.763(.182) + .265(.455) + .131(.363) = .309

Richar's actual BABIP =...

I don't think Uribe's D (which is probably in decline) is enough reason to start him over Richar.

Also, my point was more in line with what Kyle said.

They probably will move Uribe to 2nd, even though they have a much cheaper, more patient player there in Richar.

Trade him where? Does anyone really have a need for Uribe?

Garland's been an average-to-above-average MLB starter. Cabrera is a below average shortstop.

I don't mind trading Garland, I just don't think Cabrera is a good return. I also have no idea what...
