In 0,1 game theory toy games bluffing is neutral ev. That applies to the river, where I think that if both players are adjusting their ranges correctly, the bluffs will end up being neutral ev.

In the UB 2.5k and 5k games he played 30/12, (29/12 when filtered for 5 and 6 handed). 26 attsb. That might be how he really plays.
