I favour leaving the burn where it is and reshuffling into the deck only the exposed card. This way 2/3 of the flop stays as it would have been.
Also this way seems most fair and intuitive to me.

With no reads it is hard to say blindsteal, so I woul dplay it cautiously, including just the call pre flop.

Not a great flop with the Ace being there and us being readless, I would b/f the flop.

Whilst I would agree at 10/20 the buttons range is wider, I find K10 or K9 easily in his range here.

Also PP's are calling with one more back to them, whereas they might shut...
