Turn call is easy. Calling the river if he bets again is the tougher decision, but you should probably call it since the turn was a nice semibluffing card.

Another note on 3-betting the flop in hand 1, you really aren't giving up much if anything by raising back there.
Like Sucker mentioned, if you need at least AK to reraise there then good players...

If you are going to continue with the hand I think raising the flop is the play, don't really like a call there. Continuing past the flop is debatable though, and depends heavily on who was in the BB.
