So I spent a month in Costa Rica and got into surfing, and I'd much rather save my legs to surf everyday than run, so I quit. I did run 5 miles a couple times which is the most I've ever run at...

I just finished my 2nd long run, of 4 miles.

This was my first run outside. It was also my first time using the Garmin Forerunner, which is an awesome device. It's pretty cool to see outside...
